Tobias Hill – Year of election 2011
Tobias Hill became the first Programme Director of the Faber Academy in 2009. He has held several writing residencies and was the first Poet in Residence at the London Zoo, in 1999. Adaptations of his poetry and short stories have been broadcast on BBC Radio 4, and his novel The Love of Stones (2001) is being developed into a film. His most recent work is another novel, The Hidden (2009).
